TeachLift is a growing community that recognizes, appreciates, and supports teachers whose dedication strengthens students, schools, and communities.

We began in Bo with a simple commitment: to identify teachers who consistently show up, serve their students, and make a meaningful difference—and remind them that their work is seen and valued.

As TeachLift grows, we will connect more teachers across Sierra Leone through appreciation awards, professional resources, training, and opportunities to learn from one another.

We believe that when teachers are supported, communities become stronger and students have a better chance to thrive.

TeachLift is more than an award. It is a community built around the people who shape the future.

Lifting Teachers. Shaping Futures.
